Celebrating 50 Years of Service
  Fifty Years Of Service
United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Chicago celebrated its 50th Anniversary on March 1, 2001, with a gala reception. The occasion gave UCP Chicago the chance to look back over 50 years of change, courage, compassion and commitment.

It also was a moment to look ahead: to new facilities planned for the southwest and far north suburbs; to exploring new avenues of communication with the whole wide world of people who care; and to continued growth of UCP Chicago's programs and services for people with disabilities and their families.

Most important, UCP Chicago's Golden Anniversary marked a renewal of the energy, dedication, and vision that have made UCP Chicago the dynamic organization it is today and that will carry it confidently into tomorrow.
