Holiday Drive

Infinitec Southwest, a division of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Chicago, is hosting its Annual Holiday Gift Drive to benefit disadvantage children and adults with disabilities in our community.

The dates for submitting the requests are October 3, 2011 through October 16, 2011.

If you are submitting a request for a child age 5 years to 18 years old, you must be an administrator of the school that the child attends, not a parent or organization representative.

The following fields are required in order to process your request. All information is confidential.

Family Name; First Name; Gender; Age; Cognitive Grade Level; Clothing Size; Indicate (Infant, Toddler, Children, Junior/Young Men, Women/Men); Coat Size; Shoe Size; Type of Disability; Favorite Store; 3 Gift Ideas.

Gift requests should not be valued more than $30.00. Be specific when requesting a video game on the type of game console required and rating level. Do not request televisions, stereos, game consoles such as play station, Xbox etc., cell phones, ipods, items valued over thirty dollars or gift certificates. These requests will be deleted.

We will try our best to fulfill everyone’s request, however, due to the hard economic times; we cannot guarantee a gift for every request. Schools will be able to pick up the gifts at our location in Tinley Park during the week of December 12 through December 16, at a scheduled appointment time.

Please help us serve our gift recipients by either donating gifts or finding individuals who are in need of a happy holiday season.

Together we can bring smiles to many of our children and adults with disabilities.
