UCP Chicago has created a half-dozen World Wide
Web sites accessible not only to those who own Internet -
capable computers, but also to anyone who has access to an
Internet terminal at a public library, or school.
The Internet is proving to be a valuable asset
in UCP Chicago's effort to empower people with disabilities;
it opens the whole, wide world of information and knowledge
to anyone willing to explore.
